Project Overview

The operation and management project of Nantong Haimen Comprehensive Waste Treatment Center is located in Haimen Economic and Technological Development Zone, which is jointly invested and constructed by Nantong Haihe Environmental Protection Technology Co., LTD and Jiangsu Keson Environment Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Keson"). The total investment of the project is RMB 150 million, covering an area of about 40000 M². Kesonis responsible for the design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and later project operation of the equipment system, and the treatment and resource utilization capacity of C&D waste is 650,000 tons/year. Kesonis committed to building this project into a demonstration project of comprehensive utilization of C&D waste and resources in Jiangsu Province and even the whole country, and resolutely implement the new national standard, so that this project in energy conservation, environmental protection, safety, intelligence, data, automation and other aspects of the domestic leading level of similar projects.

Project Features

This project is mainly composed of 3 production lines-- C&D waste treatment line, sand making line and brick making line.It’s equipped with perfect auxiliary systems, including central control system, monitoring system, low-voltage power distribution room, dust suppression system, sewage treatment system and so on.

C&D waste treatment line: the core treatment process of construction waste is "two-step crushing + three-step screening + multi-step debris sorting", and the decoration waste uses the comprehensive treatment process of "pre-sorting + three-step screening + one-step crushing + multi-step debris sorting". In this project, through a series of highly efficient and refined treatment methods, the C&D waste can be truly resource recovered. For example, ash and slag are compressed as bricks, metals are recycled and sold, woods are sold, and other combustibles are compressed and sent to incineration power plants for resource utilization.

Sand washing line: the concrete is broken, graded and screened to produce fine aggregates of two particle sizes, which are then cleaned, dehydrated and graded to produce machine-made fine sand that can be used in construction.

Brickmaking line: the main line is designed with a compact concrete block production line. Manufacturing, maintenance, palletizing and packaging are automated.

Project demonstration

The project of Haimen Comprehensive Waste Treatment Center takes into account the advanced nature of the process, the simplicity of the layout, the high efficiency and advanced nature of the equipment, the overall environmental protection, and the future expansion of the project. The system has the advantages of simple operation, strong humanization, high efficiency disposal capacity, high value resource utilization and high quality demonstration base.
