Project Overview
The project came into being under the impetus of China's "Waste Free City" construction. Located in Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province, this is an environmental protection demonstration project for the recycling of MSW. It is mainly composed of 3 production lines: a decoration waste disposal line of 300,000 tons/year, a oversize waste disposal line of 30,000 tons/year, and a garden waste disposal line of 30,000 tons/year. Keson is responsible for the process design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of these 3 lines.

These 3 lines have reasonable technology, scientific configuration, energy saving and environmental protection, reliable operation and advanced indicators.

The decoration waste disposal line adopts the combination of "pretreatment + coarse screening + fine screening + magnetic separation + wind separation + sorting + crushing and screening", including: feeding system, screening system, magnetic separation system, wind separation system, picking system, crushing and screening system, conveying system, silo system, dust suppression and dust removal system, electrical and instrument control system.
The oversize waste disposal line adopts the combination of "pretreatment + crushing + magnetic separation", including: feeding chain conveyor, shear type double-shaft crusher, magnetic separator, dust removal system, electrical and instrument control system.
Garden waste disposal line adopts the combination of "pretreatment + ingredients mixing + biological fermentation + aging and rotting + product processing + dust removal and deodorization", including: pretreatment system, ingredients mixing system, biological fermentation system, product processing system, dust removal and deodorization system, electrical and instrument control system.

Project Features

This project adopts the tenth generation sorting technology independently developed by Keson, which is advanced, mature and reliable. The waste can be sorted efficiently, making the sorted waste cleaner and the aggregate more pure, so as to achieve more efficient resource utilization. The application of this technology can not only improve the efficiency of waste disposal, but also reduce the pollution of the environment, and provide strong technical support for creating a "Waste Free City".
